Job Summary

  • Plans, implements and manages SEO and SEM strategies, including keyword research, campaign optimisation, and performance analysis, to enhance the hotel’s online visibility and drive targeted traffic to the website.
  • Develops and executes marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Manages the hotel’s social media presence, including content strategy and creation, advertising, scheduling, monitoring, and community management of social media channels. Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster and maintain positive relationships with customers and followers.
  • Develops key opinion leader (KOL) outreach programs for the hotel’s key source markets, including the planning of KOL collaborations and engagements.
  • Plans and oversees photography and videography; develops on-brand digital and print collateral, and conduct annual brand audits, ensuring alignment with Momentus Hotels & Resorts' brand standards, thereby maintaining brand integrity and consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Manages and updates content for owned channels such as the hotel’s website, and other digital platforms, as well as content management for online travel agencies (OTAs) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available.
  • Monitors and analyses the hotel’s performance metrics such as web analytics, social media analytics, and campaign results. Provide regular reports to Director of Public Relations & Marketing Communications and relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinates, collaborates, and oversees relationships with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring smooth and effective execution of marketing campaigns and communication strategies.

Requirements

  • Possess a university degree and/or at least 3 years of equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
