Key Responsibilities
Account Management:
- Manage and provide customer service for wholesale accounts.
- Approve or reject new wholesale site account applications.
- Monitor and activate new customer accounts, encouraging order placements.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure continued business.
- Reactivate inactive accounts or close them if inactive for a prolonged period.
Order Management:
- Handle wholesale orders and process refunds for out-of-stock or defective items.
- Adjust shipping charges for addresses considered remote by the shipping courier.
- Manage wholesale pre-orders and create invoices.
- Collaborate with merchandisers to reserve stock and order out-of-stock items from suppliers.
Product and Inventory Management:
- Manage product listings on the wholesale site.
- Ensure inventory sync from retail to wholesale site weekly and at the end of each month.
- Sync new product listings from the retail site upon new launches.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide weekly sales figures and breakdowns by categories and countries to the Directors.
- Compile monthly luxury sales figures, including Average Order Quantity (AOQ) and Average Order Value (AOV) metrics.
- Conduct quarterly pricing analysis and generate reports on returning customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in wholesale account management, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
