Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative duties and receptionist duties
- Data Entry
- General admin work - filing, expense claims
- Upkeeping of expenses, files and documentations
- Assist to liaise with client queries whenever needed
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in any fields
- Prior exposure within as data entry or administrative assistant is advantageous
- Initiative-taking and keen learning attitude
