Responsibilities
- The Facilities Managers shall respond to the User and the Authority to ensure that the Facilities Management Services under the Contract have been properly rendered and performed.
- The Property Managers are to assist the Community Centre/Club/Building in planning and programming all visits and maintenance services including implementation of Improvement Works with the Project Manager/ project management team.
- He/She shall manage a team of Facilities Executives and Technicians to provide the first line of response for maintenance of the buildings.
- Any other works assigned by the management
Requirements
- Possess approved tertiary or equivalent qualification and with at least three (3) years relevant post graduate experience or
- Five (5) years for diploma holders in facilities management industry or relevant built environment industry
