Roles & Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report to the BIM manager/coordinator
- Understand & comply with BIM Execution Plan of project.
- Upload and maintain models to file exchange server.
- Prepare 3D Models, 2D drawings & some necessary documents for Approval, Construction & Submission
- Provide onsite support for all matters relating to the BIM models with actual construction progress.
- Development of mechanical & electrical systems and designs coordinated building services layouts, management of drawing registers and standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma holder in Architecture, Building Studies, Building Services Engineering, Civil Engineering, or other related discipline.
- Certificate in BIM Revit for Architecture or equivalent certificate will be an advantage.
- Basic technical knowledge of MEP Engineering will be an advantage.
- Min 2 years’ experience in related field
- Excellent AutoCAD skills
- Able to start within short notice
