Responsibilities
- To develop designs for planning and building approvals, and ensure compliance with local regulations, guidelines, building codes and specific standards
- To oversee progress of on-site works, coordinate/ liaise with clients, consultants, authorities and all stakeholders
- To be overall in-charge of the project from design to completion
Requirements
- Must possess a Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in Singapore
- Well versed in local compliance guidelines in Authority submission
- Competent in BIM is an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team as well as individually
