We're seeking a motivated and organized Project Admin to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering successful IT projects for our clients, from initial planning through to completion. You'll work closely with technical teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet or exceed quality expectations.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Assist in creating detailed project plans, defining project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Track project progress and milestones, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or issues.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication among all team members.
- Document project decisions, actions, and outcomes, maintaining comprehensive project records
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and priorities.
- Provide regular project updates and status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations and address any concerns or questions throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with technical teams (e.g., engineers, developers, architects) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate tasks and deliverables across different teams, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to the development and refinement of project management processes and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to IT project management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT project management or a related role.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification (Optional but preferred) .
