Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of M&E projects, including resource allocation and timeline management.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
- Provide technical expertise in ACMV and electrical services, ensuring all designs and installations meet project requirements and industry standards.
- Review and approve M&E drawings and specifications.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.
- Manage the submission process of building plans for local authority approvals.
- Ensure all M&E projects comply with local regulations, codes, and standards.
- Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Manage Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects, ensuring modifications are seamlessly integrated into existing structures.
- Coordinate fitting-out works, ensuring all installations meet design specifications and client expectations.
- Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets.
- Monitor project expenses and provide regular financial reports.
- Supervise and lead the project team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure all M&E activities adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Building Management or equivalent
- At least 4 years of relevant project management experience in M&E engineering, with a focus on ACMV, electrical services, A&A, R&R, and fitting-out works.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and regulatory authorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges.
