Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all lift systems.
- Oversee regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure all lifts are operating safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to perform scheduled and emergency repairs.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor the performance of all lift systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and reliability of lift operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions caused by lift maintenance activities.
- Supervise and provide guidance to maintenance staff and contractors.
- Ensure all team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively.
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the maintenance team.
- Respond promptly to lift-related inquiries and concerns from tenants and building occupants.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining reliable and efficient lift operations.
- Communicate effectively with tenants and building management to keep them informed of maintenance activities and any potential disruptions.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 – 3 years of relevant lift maintenance experience with supervisory experience.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
