Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables for the ERP transformation initiative. Engage with business users to gather requirements, conduct business process analysis, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Leverage your expertise in SAP MM modules to configure, customize, and enhance system functionalities to meet business requirements. Provide guidance on best practices, configuration options, and system capabilities to optimize procurement, inventory management, and material master data processes.
- Serve as a business analyst to translate business requirements into functional specifications, system design documents, and user stories. Conduct gap analysis, assess impact, and recommend solutions to align ERP system capabilities with business needs.
- Take ownership of SAP MM-related workstreams within the ERP transformation project, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation. Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
- Lead the implementation, testing, and deployment of SAP MM modules as part of the ERP transformation project. Facilitate system integration, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities. Provide user training and support to ensure successful adoption of the new ERP system.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for SAP ECC, including troubleshooting issues, resolving user queries, and implementing system enhancements. Collaborate with technical teams to address system maintenance, upgrades, and performance optimization tasks.
- Support change management efforts to drive organizational adoption of new ERP processes and systems. Develop communication materials, training resources, and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and change readiness.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Computer Science / Information System or equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience in SAP MM modules, with a focus on ERP implementation projects, preferably within industries such as telecommunications, power, and energy.
- Prior experience in leading ERP transformation projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation.
- Project management experience, including project planning, stakeholder management, and risk assessment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
