The Role:
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in driving our Rental business towards its targets and development goals? You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of contracts and administrative processes. From accurate creation of Long-Term Rental Contracts in SAP to reconciliation of invoices and dispute resolution, your contributions will be vital in the management of our rental operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Precise creation and management of Long-Term Rental Contracts in SAP
- Efficient handling of contract amendments, extensions, and terminations
- Thorough reconciliation of invoices before submission to customers
- Proactive management of disputes and issuance of Credit Notes
- Rigorous rental asset management, including scrapping and license monitoring
- Timely follow-up on customer-caused damages and AR issues
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders for seamless resolution of disputes and special requirements
- Maintenance of data quality in SAP system and generation of reports as required
What we look for:
- Minimally Diploma in relevant field
- Experience in managing customers' feedback/ complaints and difficult situations
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Experience in SAP is preferred
