Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation), fire protection systems, electrical wiring, lighting, and other M&E systems according to project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Supervise the repair, modification, and customization of containers used in construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and client requirements.
- Coordinate with technicians and fabricators to address structural, mechanical, and electrical issues.
- Manage the design, installation, and configuration of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) surveillance systems to enhance site security and monitoring capabilities.
- Ensure proper placement of cameras, connectivity, and integration with other security systems.
- Conduct quality inspections and audits of M&E installations, container repairs, and CCTV systems to verify compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenditures, change orders, and other relevant documentation. P

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Facilities / Property Management or equivalent
- At least 2 – 3 years of relevant project coordination experience with M&E background in the civil construction industries
- Proficiency in project management software, CAD tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
