Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and commission fire alarm systems, security cameras, access control systems, and other related equipment according to industry standards and project specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections on fire and security systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with regulatory requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions promptly.
- Respond to emergency calls for system repairs, troubleshooting, and restoration of functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare detailed reports documenting findings, recommendations, and actions taken for client review and regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical assistance and support to project teams, contractors, and clients regarding fire and security system requirements, specifications, and best practices.
- Offer guidance on system operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.
- Stay abreast of relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to fire protection and security systems.
- Ensure that all installations and maintenance activities adhere to applicable guidelines and requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Facilities / Property Management or equivalent
- At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industries
- Must be FSM certified
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
