We are a Café in the day, music bar at night with 15 private karaoke / entertainment rooms.
We are the first family karaoke place in Singapore with a full fledge kitchen that serve café quality food. Majority of our foods here are made in-house from scratch and we even grow our own herbs!
We understand the important role that food plays in building relationship and experience. The entertainment facilities that we have here are beyond karaoke system. There are pool table, game consoles, dice, as well as card and board games. We are best known as the place for celebration.
We are looking for a full time Customer Service Administrator
Job scope includes:
- Handling reservations and answering customers enquries via phone call or email
- Handling all delivery orders which includes creating packing list, DO, PO, invoices
- Keying online orders into system and communicate with the various team to ensure a smooth operation flow
- Planning efficient delivery routes, allocating and matching drivers
- Maintain cleanliness within work premises.
- Assisting in F&B operation
- Assisting with administrative duties like printing, laminating and labeling
Job requirements:
= Proficient with Microsoft
- Able to prioritize task and organized.
- Positive customer service skills with an ability to communicate eloquently and effectively.
