Description:
- Responsible for various accounting functions including general ledger, fixed assets, and account receivables.
- Assist in monthly financial closing
- Compilation and verification of monthly schedules from Finance Shared Services team
- Preparation of journals
- Performing bank reconciliation and audit schedules
- Involve in fixed asset functions
- Verification of fixed asset records in the system
- Ensure proper tagging of fixed assets
- Involve in account receivable functions
- Issuing of sundry invoices and processing of receipts
- Liaison with inter-company parties to follow up on outstanding transactions
- Assist in department administration
- Involve in ad hoc projects as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Accounting
- Min 1 year experience in accounting is preferred
