Manam is a new Indian non– vegetarian Restaurant situated at 15 Upper Circular Road that spins out authentic Indian cuisine fare meticulously prepared with traditional cooking methods. Only 5 mins walk from Clarke MRT. We are now hiring to meet the expansion needs. Full training will be provided, uniform and staff meal provided.
Job Description & Requirements
- Assists the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations for all areas of the business including front of the house, bar, kitchen, dining area, etc.
- Supports the Operations Manager in ensuring that the team understands their respective responsibilities, inspiring pro-activeness, and accountability in them.
- Leads the team in delivering efficient and effective service that meets the established quality standards; ensures the growth of the business by increasing customer satisfaction through the high quality of service.
- Helps the Operations Manager in managing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service level, cost & sales target, etc.
- Develops new and optimizes current standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure seamless service while monitoring its successful implementation.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer experience based on feedback and review of management reports; ensuring all customer issues are addressed immediately, taking ownership to resolve them.
- Helps in coordinating between the frontline and the kitchen, developing good lines of communication.
- Regularly inspects the method of food preparation to ensure that quality is maintained.
- Ensures that all procedures in the operations, customer service, food preparation, hygiene & cleanliness standards, maintenance, and general administration are in place and in accordance with the company policies and in compliance with all statutory requirements on food hygiene and safety.
- Must possess at least a Diploma preferably in Food & Beverages Services Management.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in the F&B industry, 1 year in a similar role.
- Be able to travel and work in India and Dubai to set up ,Train and manage Franchisor
- Trained in food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
- Have strong communication, leadership, customer service, and people skills.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Able to commit 6 days per week.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Food Production, food related or equivalent and preferably with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Flexible to travel overseas when requried
- Proven ability to multi-task and supervise, independent, ability to work under pressure and deliver in a fast-paced working environment.
- Meticulous and able to deliver independently.
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
