- Manage payroll transactions within the company's accounting system.
- Assist in investor relations, fund accounting, and portfolio reporting activities.
- Calculate and reconcile customer and supplier account balances with overall totals.
- Prepare necessary documentation for banking processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the accounting system.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements.
- Conduct month-end closing activities and procedures.
- Apply double-entry accounting principles to record and manage all business transactions.
- Record inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure, and finance costs transactions.
- Document sales, purchases, receivables, payables, and cash transactions.
- Generate management reports from the accounting system.
- Effectively use IT systems and tools for data analysis.
- Preferably with motor vehicles experience.
