Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise service areas to maintain efficient customer flow, friendly and efficient service and product availability throughout the service periods
- Able to proactive approach to be characterised by excellent presentation, freshness and presentation should be consistent throughout the day
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of each vending machine together with the filling/replenishment, service, repair and maintenance of it
- Ensure sufficient volumes and range of pantry supplies and drink options including consumables are always made available to its customers
- Ensure all service, table, glass ware, crockery and cutlery used in delivery of service to be well maintained, in a safe, clean and hygienic state
- Ensure vending/ machines and related vending areas are well maintained, safe, hygiene and in good working order
- Responsible for identifying the requirements of individual pantry/serveries through monitoring and observation during site visits
- Ensure additional stock is held centrally and manages the distribution of stock to accommodate seasonal peaks
- Maintain meeting rooms/conference facilities clean, tidy and setup as per requirements
- Ensure for any events, the event service delivers a total end to end service experience and proactive approach taken to conference/event service change requests or support
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in F&B or Hospitality industry
- Proven ability to get along well with various types of people and work well under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Effective interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Independent, resourceful and ability to meet up with tight deadlines
