We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer at Ikano Retail. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the configuration, administration, and Level 2 (L2) support of the company's IT infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in supporting IT infrastructure improvement and establishment projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
Your assignment
- Infrastructure Administration and Support: Administer, configure, and support IT data center infrastructure, network, cloud, and EUC infrastructure, ensuring their optimal performance and availability.
- Server and Storage Management: Configure and administer Dell Servers & Storage, ensuring their smooth operation and efficient utilization within the IT environment.
- Virtualization and Cloud Administration: Manage VMWARE, VEEAM, and Azure Cloud administration, overseeing virtualized environments and cloud-based services to support business operations.
- Endpoint Management: Administer Microsoft Windows servers, Active Directory, SCCM, and Sophos AntiVirus, ensuring the security and functionality of endpoint devices.
- IT Infrastructure Tools Management: Manage IT infrastructure tools such as Manage Engine AD management, VEEAM/EMC Networker, and Microsoft Sentinel, ensuring their effective utilization in IT operations. Maintain updated security patches and network devices firmware.
- Network Infrastructure Configuration: Configure and troubleshoot Cisco core switches, wireless controllers, and Cisco ISE, ensuring the stability and security of network infrastructure.
- Firewall Policy Management: Fine-tune and configure firewall policies, implementing security measures to protect the company's network infrastructure from unauthorized access and threats.
- Vendor Coordination and Support: Coordinate support with principal IT infrastructure vendors, Inter-IKEA infra teams, and solution partners, ensuring timely resolution of IT infrastructure issues.
- Incident Resolution and User Support: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve IT infrastructure Level 2 support incidents, change management, and service requests, providing efficient and effective solutions to users.
- Audit and Compliance Support: Support IT infrastructure-related audit, compliance, and security reviews and assessments, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
- Standardization and Process Improvement: Support and coordinate with IT Infra Specialists to strengthen and standardize infrastructure architecture design, delivery, and operational processes, promoting efficiency and consistency. Maintain inventory records of IT infrastructure hardware with associated software licenses and support contracts, and support system and data backup and recovery procedures to ensure the integrity and availability of business data and IT services.
