Durapower, a global leader in Energy Storage Systems driving the green transformation, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Communications Manager to play a pivotal role in elevating brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead & demand generation. This individual contributor will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners on emerging trends on battery technology and sustainability topics.Durapower is 14 years in operations and is company identified by Enterprise Singapore to scale up for growth as well. We have projects in Netherlands, Singapore, Thailand and Southeast Asia regions, production is in China as a manufacturing plant. There is no manufacturing here, but we have R&D team here liaising with China as well to execute trade of cells, battery modular systems packs enabling Green industry applications. Our expansion is also enhanced by the stakes and investment in us through Banpu Next (Banpu Group) which is listed on the Thailand Stock Exchange.

Marketing Communications Manager (Individual Contributor with Resources)
Responsibilities:
- Work with strategic partners to execute corporate branding activities to propel brand growth and expansion.
- Grow, manage, and curate content on corporate websites and social media platforms.
- Stay current on key business and industry trends, including competitors' activities.
- Develop content for corporate and product communications, aligning with go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on communication and marketing campaigns, including media publications and external events.
- Prepare communication materials for internal and external stakeholders, fostering sustainable relationships.
- Partner with HR for employee engagement initiatives, including communication, newsletters, and events.
- Track media coverage and target audience engagement to measure ROI. Government & Investor Relations: Provide support for communications related to government and investor relations.
- Place special emphasis on integrating product branding seamlessly into the overarching company branding strategy.
- Battery Cells Manufacturing and Product Roadmap Tie-in: Highlight the critical link between battery cells manufacturing and the company's product roadmap within branding and marketing initiatives.
Experience and Skills Experience:
- 8 to 12 years in internal and external communications, including business media relations and managing PR campaigns. Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or Mass Communication.
- Content Development: Ability to develop compelling content across various communication channels for different target audiences.
- Creativity: Creative mindset with proficiency in digital marketing and hands-on experience in campaign/event planning and execution.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, including experience working with senior leadership teams and key stakeholders.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated leadership ability, autonomy, and collaboration skills.

- Will oversee a Corporate Affairs Manager with on EDMs, marketing collaterals.
