Job Responsibilities:
- Establishes networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards
- Maximizes network performance and optimization by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and scheduling upgrades when necessary
- Oversee maintenance of all IT system in line with IT security policy
- Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies, defining and monitoring access
- Ensure project tasks are completed on time and project goals are achieved
Relevant experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support
Basic skills required:
- Diploma / Bachelor degree in IT related field or equivalent
- Knowledge on Server/Cloud Technology (e.g. AWS, Virtual Machines, etc)
- Knowledge on LAN/WAN networking, network design, problem solving, network hardware configuration and project management
- Responsible resourceful, customer oriented and an independent player
