Brand Executive
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Brand Executive to join our dynamic team in the beauty distribution business. As a Brand Executive specializing in data analysis and sales reporting, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our brand portfolio by providing strategic insights and informed decisions based on comprehensive data analysis. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing sales strategies, enhancing brand performance, and fostering strong relationships with our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:
- Utilize various data sources to gather, analyze, and interpret sales, market trends, and consumer behavior data.
- Identify patterns, correlations, and opportunities to develop actionable insights that support brand growth and market expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement strategies for brands.
Sales Reporting:
- Generate regular and ad-hoc sales reports, providing accurate and insightful information on brand performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify gaps, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
- Develop visually engaging dashboards and presentations to effectively communicate sales insights to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop data-driven strategies that enhance brand visibility, consumer engagement, and revenue generation.
- Provide input for product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns based on data insights and historical performance.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to inform brand strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences, market segments, and potential gaps in the beauty distribution landscape.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and operations, to align goals and strategies.
- Present complex data findings and insights in a clear and understandable manner to diverse audiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in data analysis, sales reporting, or related roles, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Knowledge of the beauty industry, market dynamics, and consumer trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
