- Proactively manage travel and non-motor claims from notification to closure, including processing, assessing company liability, and settling claims in accordance with departmental guidelines and authority limits.
- Collaborate with the Claims Lead to develop, refine, document, and implement claims strategies, considering uncertainties, key decisions, and potential outcomes.
- Conduct file reviews and audits, assisting in the resolution of any identified issues. Identify process improvements, provide feedback to reduce rework or errors, and escalate any blockages to the head of the department when necessary.
- Compile statistics and prepare reports for management.
Requirements:
- BCP, PCI, ComGI and HI certified
- Diploma and above
- At least 3 years of insurance claims experience
- Proficient in MS Office
