Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end process of consumer electronics orders, including order entry, fulfillment, and shipping coordination.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of consumer electronics products, including monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and coordinating replenishment orders.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and issues related to orders, deliveries, and product information, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of consumer electronics products to customers, while maintaining high standards of service.
- Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by generating reports and assisting with sales order processing as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders, inventory, and shipments, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within operations and e-commerce functions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in operations, logistics, e-commerce, or customer service roles within the consumer electronics industry is highly desirable.
- Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and problem-solving.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, particularly in managing order accuracy, inventory counts, and documentation.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Language Skills: proficient in both Mandarin and English, as well as in written and spoken modes of communication, which will be necessary for dealing with Chinese factory.
