Job Responsibilities:
Business Development & Management:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by understanding needs and offering solutions.
- Ensure a constant flow of new business while maintaining existing levels.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet/exceed sales targets.
- Achieve sales and profit budgets monthly and year-to-date.
- Develop and implement annual business plans, updating them monthly.
Customer Engagement & Collaboration:
- Conduct regular customer visits and presentations to promote products.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product management, customer support) for customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to R&D teams.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
Sales & Negotiation:
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the brand.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
- Set pricing levels and strategies in coordination with Management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in business or related courses.
- At least 1-3 year of working experience is required for this role.
