You will be responsible for planning and implementing initiatives as part of the Patient Experience programme at SingHealth Polyclinics. You will work with team members to collectively ensure continuity of team, departmental, and programme functions, and continual improvement in the Patient Experience programme.
• Plan and manage initiatives to enhance patient experience - patient engagement, patient advocacy, experience improvement and staff capability building
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to co-ordinate and support patient experience-related activities
• Organise, support and participate in departmental meetings and activities
• Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact and work well with people of all levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
