Responsibilities:
- To achieve Company’s business growth (budget/target) with existing resources
- To manage and expand new business and contribute to meet sales KPI
- Manage a portfolio of new and potential customers via telephone contact
- Build a strong client relationship and grow accounts to their maximum potential
- Coordinate with different department and act as the customer’s point of contact to ensure all queries, problem or issues are dealt with appropriately
- Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately on the database
- Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring
- Credit control management
- Sales support – preparing of quotations, coordination with overseas agents, monthly tariff & reporting
- Carry out any ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain
- At least 2 to 3 years Sales experience in freight forwarding (Both Ocean and Air Freight)/ Logistics
- Strong customer service, effective communication/presentation skills and good business analytical skills.
