Sales Administration Coordinator, Southeast Asia Pacific

Location: Singapore

Position Purpose and Responsibilities:       

  • To provide administration support of the sales and operations responsibilities for the SEAPAC retail business.
  • Execute and support all administration tasks related to sales and retail management. Specifics but not limited to the below:
  • Manage submission of new launch data to retail partners.  Ensure updates are made on the retailer platform stock tracking application in all countries.
  • Act as liaison with International commercial teams & internal cross functional teams with respect to creative assets, education tools, gratis and sampling and ad hoc needs to support the 360 efforts across the countries SEA
  • Submission of merchandising planogram & renderings to retailer partner, execute and track all seasonal updates working with the cross functional teams.
  • Compiling discontinued quarterly SKU by markets, follow on with retail partners and cross functional teams to ensure that all retail orders comply
  • Support of creative requests and follow-ups to Tarte HQ office
  • Submission and management for e-store brand space updates including assets, copy and videos.
  • Support digital accounts to ensure that tarte assortments all are displayed on sites, assets are loaded, images are correct, copy is optimized/curated locally, stock is updated and present opportunities on a monthly basis to drive the sales on digital platforms
  • Tracking competitive landscape at retail & social platforms and support compiling reports
  • Submission of price changes. 
  • Understand visual merchandise management and co-work with Marketing Manager on compiling feedback on execution, functionality, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage any local sourcing and procurement scope of in store/event collaterals for international markets and track deliverables are made to meet timelines.
  • Submission of all product order relating to gratis, PR to global ops and follow up on clearance of custom within the region.
  • Communicate and interact with Sephora partners at the regional and local country level.
  • Manage competitive library to perform research and present to team to highlight opportunities & changes in Sephora environment

Qualifications & required skills:

  • Based in Singapore / Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident (PR) may apply.
  • Location: Central Town
  • English communication
  • Highly organized with a strong ability to meet deadlines
  • Project management ability
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Team player that displays tact and good initiative with a pleasant disposition
  • Flexible and ability to re-organize priorities
  • Proficient in MS Excel – VLOOKUP, Pivot tables
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Passionate to cosmetics market and previous experience in consumer goods a plus
