Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with shift teams to establish and maintain operating conditions, guides, check sheets, and logs, ensuring compliance with environment, health, safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Administer and monitor the DCS system, documenting changes and optimizing alarms to prevent nuisance alarms.
- Troubleshoot production process and quality issues, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Assist in training shift team members on new/revised procedures, abnormality reports, one-point lesson sheets, and work instructions.
- Educate production operation shift and day team employees on proper operation methods for processes and machinery, offering relevant operational training and guidance to achieve production goals.
- Lead process optimization and capacity improvement projects within the plant, implementing cost reduction measures and quality improvement efforts.
- Analyze data to identify and resolve production process bottlenecks, and support new product/process plant trials in collaboration with the technical department.
- Oversee assigned capital expense projects, ensuring proper documentation, budget control, and adherence to schedules.
- Coordinate the calibration and repair of production tools and equipment assigned to the day process group.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 2-3 years operations / process improvement experiences in chemical manufacturing industry
