Role Overview:

As the Content Lead, you will oversee the operational and creative functions of content as a strategic marketing and communications component for the business. You will be responsible for developing channel and influencer strategies across regions to drive brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.

What You Can Expect To Work On:

  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives.
  • Lead content creation, curation, and distribution across various channels (e.g., social media, website, email).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop engaging and impactful content.
  • Manage content calendars, editorial schedules, and production timelines.
  • Implement SEO strategies and best practices to optimize content visibility and reach.
  • Analyze content performance metrics, conduct audience research, and provide insights to optimize content strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, and media partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging platforms/tools.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies and campaigns.
  • High attention to detail with strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Previous experience in gaming, entertainment, or tech industry a strong plus.
