We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Audience Acquisition Manager to join our team for an advanced tech B2B event in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building event visitor databases from scratch and executing successful digital campaigns. This role is crucial for attracting a diverse however relevant mix of nationalities and backgrounds, both Chinese and non-Chinese, to our event.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audience Development: Build and manage a comprehensive audience acquisition strategy that targets key demographics and firmographics and ensures a well-rounded attendee list.
- Digital Marketing: Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including email, social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
- Content Marketing: Develop and curate engaging content that attracts and retains event attendees, including blogs, webinars, videos, and social media posts.
- Data Management: Maintain and grow the event database, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted marketing efforts.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns as part of the always-on efforts.
- Budget Management: Manage the audience acquisition budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources to achieve marketing goals.
- VIP Recruitment: Collaborate with the Partner Marketing Manager to identify and recruit VIP buyers and guests for the event.
- Event Support: Work closely with the event operations team to ensure a seamless attendee experience from registration through to post-event follow-up.
