Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the roll-out of SAP SuccessFactors throughout the APAC markets in synchronization with the global Core HR system strategy.
- Act as a primary liaison and main point of contacts between regional/local HR teams and the global IT team, ensuring that project deliverables meet business needs.
- Provide ongoing support for all SAP SuccessFactors modules post-rollout, addressing any functional or user-related issues.
- Manage roll-out project timelines, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk mitigation to ensure successful delivery within scope.
- Be the point of contact between Core HR global project team and local providers / local IT system teams, to manage interfaces set up & implementation: from detailed design writing to interface testing, roll-out & support in close coordination with local IT teams.
- Facilitate training programs for end-users and develop comprehensive documentation aligned with global standards.
- Regularly assess system performance and recommend improvements or enhancements where necessary.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all regional HR IS inquiries, guiding stakeholders through solutions or escalations on the various HR systems at Beauty Division or LVMH Group level
