The Executive, Human Resource provides support for strategic HR partnership and services to the assigned business units in the areas of recruitment, staffing, compensation, employee relations and separation.
He/ She will also assist and support Chief HR Officer and Senior / Manager in various human resource functions including:
- Oversee the Staff Recognition Awards (Institution / Cluster / National level awards).
- Support in the planning, coordination, logistics and administrative of wellness program activities including planning of wellness program and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Recognised Degree Business, Human Resource or its equivalent with preferably at least 2 years’ relevant working experience
- Candidates with communications and event management experience are also welcome to apply
- Team player with good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Meticulous and organised
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Working knowledge in SuccessFactors would be advantageous
