JOB DESCRIPTION
· Liaise with customers
· Deliver services that meet customer services
· Resolve customer management conflicts
· Coordinate with suppliers / contractors
· Plan delivery of services according to customer needs
· Execute appropriate solutions to address customers queries based on sales / customer management knowledge
· Manage key accounts through maintaining contact close contact with existing clients
· Research potential sales opportunities.
· Communicate requirements and activities to stakeholders
· Other Ad-hoc duties
REQUIREMENTS
· At least 3 years’ experience in related field
· Able to multi-task and work independently without much supervision
· Willing to work overtime whenever required
