Nyana Nyana manages an upcoming multi-brand sustainable store and we are inviting candidates for the position of:
Retail Sales Assistant (Full Time / Part Time)
Main Responsibilities
- Manage daily retail operations and assist the store manager in driving sales performance.
- Handle cashier duties, including processing payments, exchanges, and returns using the POS system.
- Receive, process, and manage stock, including replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers; support stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment, including fitting rooms.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions and offers.
- Deliver excellent customer service and enhance the shopping experience.
- Advise customers on color, fit, and silhouette to meet their needs.
- Supports marketing in social media contents
Requirements
- Good written and spoken English.
- Passion in sustainable fashion
- Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Available to work at least 15 hours per week.
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Must work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week.
- Part-time positions open to any age, including elderly and students.
