As we continue to expand our presence in Asia and globally, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Strategic Marketing to join our team and drive our marketing efforts in the region.
As the Marekting Manager in Asia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, contributing to the growth and success of Space Faculty in Singapore and in the region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing initiatives that align with the company's objectives and resonate with our target audience
By synthesizing findings, marketing analysts can recommend how a business should proceed with its marketing efforts. This can entail putting together reports, presentations, and other materials.
Marketing Managers are responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
You should also be a keen learner when it comes to gaining industry-specific knowledge. The space industry is an exciting one, filled with endless possibilities. The successful candidate will also have in-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and social media platforms.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Strategic Marketing Planning
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the technology consulting industry in Asia. Define target customer segments and develop tailored marketing campaigns to engage and convert potential clients.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, aligning with overall business goals and objectives
- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
- Review marketing strategic and analytics (including SEO / SEM)
- Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
Marketing Execution and Operations
- Content Strategy: Create and oversee the production of high-quality marketing content, including whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and more. preparing promotional presentations and other materials, website development, drafting copies for social media posts, monitoring social platforms, developing marketing / product videos, and conducting market analysis,
- Oversee and guide the team on online marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with industry partners and organizations to expand the company's presence and reach in the Asian market.
- Event Management: Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote the company's expertise and services.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget for the region, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a strong ROI.
Branding and Communications
- Work with our communications team to ensure consistent brand messaging and image across all marketing materials and platforms.
- You may be required to draft press releases.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- 5 years of recent work experience in B2B marketing
- Proven track record of developing marketing strategies based on data and market evidence.
- Proven track record in implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Competent in market research and market share analysis
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- You are organized with strong project management skills
- Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc
