Roles & Responsibilities
· Responsible for Sales & Business Development including new account development
· Develop Sales Plan and collaborate with internal team on delivery
· Engage existing Customers on their technology roadmap and investment plan through building a collaborative partnership with Customers
· Identify new opportunities (market segments) through introduction of new ideas and concepts
· Develop and maintain pipeline of projects and prospects
· Manage entire sales from pre-sales to post-sales
· Achieving or exceeding sales targets through developing go-to-market strategies and solutions
· Meet minimum sales gross margin and monitor invoicing and receivables
· Review tender requirements and be responsible for submission of proposal
· Maintain all customer-related documentation
· Keep abreast of partners’ products and services
· Keep up-to-date information of competitors (products & services, activities)

Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or IT
· Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience preferably as a Manager in Sales - Technical/IT
· Good understanding and background in Application Development
· Demonstrate professionalism in interactions with clients and partners
· Respond quickly and efficiently to high-priority issues and contribute to team’s deliverables
· Self-driven and motivated individual
· Willingness to travel as required.
