- Position Title: Guest Relations Executive / Reservation Agent
- Working Location: Bugis
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (9.30 am – 6.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $3500 (Basic) + Monthly incentive + AWS
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels and ensure reservation records are accurate and current.
- Optimize seating and table allocation with the restaurant team.
- Coordinate private event and special occasion inquiries, manage bookings, and arrange menus, seating, and special requests.
- Oversee catering inquiries and off-site event orders.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of catering services, meeting the client's expectations.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with third-party reservation platforms like Quandoo and Chope, collaborating to enhance restaurant reservations and visibility.
- Respond promptly and professionally to email inquiries from guests and potential customers, providing detailed information about the restaurant's offerings, menus, and special promotions.
- Conduct customer profiling and analysis (Product Mix analysis, Gap analysis, Benchmarking).
- Collaborate with marketing partners to boost restaurant promotions.
- Assist with financial tasks, including payment processing and invoicing.
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.

- Minimum Diploma, with 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in using reservation management software.
