Description:
- Take-off quantity, pricing and preparation of tender submission
- Sourcing of quotations, liasing and negotiate with specialists, suppliers and sub-contractors
- Evaluate price comparison and prepare costing summary
- Review tender documents and tender evaluation
- Recommend award for construction contracts
- Prepare budget for projects
- Monitor sub-contractors' progress payment
- Submit all variation costs to client and finalize all project accounts with the client
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building Estate Management or other related discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration, variation orders and tendering process
- Meticulous and able to work well under pressure
