Job Description
Develope relationship with client
Connect with key business executives and stakeholders
Ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
Manage accounts to initiate and maintain Good Fundflow.
Responsible to lead team dedicated to meeting the operational client Schedules.
Familiar with concepts, practices, and procedures.
Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, while performing a variety of tasks.
Reports directly to Mangement.
Job Duties
- Point of contact for Clients, Vendors and suppliers.
- Assistance via email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
- Develop relationship with key accounts, stakeholders.
- Successful delivery of solutions according to Clients need and Project objectives
- Communicate Work progress submission of monthly Claims
- Forecast and track Work Claims , Purchase Orders , Work Orders, Invoicing
- Maintain useful network, participat in organizations Public Events
- Build Company organization's reputation by accepting ownership to accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Responsible for upkeeping current clients services on a day-to-day basis
- Monitor and analyze customer's usage of products
- Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develope relationships
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams
Job Qualification
- Proven account management or other relevant experience
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing, and internet technology
- Excellent time and project management skills, and a commitment to improving inefficient processes
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
