Location: Yishun Industrial Park
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot equipment and system issues to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maintain equipment reliability and performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and operational enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
- Train operations staff on proper procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on operational performance for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Strong technical background in engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
