Job Description
PROJECT:
- Maintaining of our scope certification and be certified ISO9001 and AS/EN9120
- Internal deployment of Quality System according to Branch objectives, the company's constraints and customers’ requirements.
METHODS & LEAN:
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization of the different flows
- Apply lean principles with design activity level, project management level and a design strategy level
- Drive the lean spirit of the organization in the Singapore facility
- Implement the working methods and organization from Paris in Singapore for logistics activities under Part 21/145 regulatory in compliance with Headquarters processes
- Continuously identify improvement areas and applying new techniques to enhance existing operation standards.
- To be the link between the French team/employees and Singapore team/associates to get an easy best practices exchange
- Train and support teams in Lean and methods
- To be the methods and Lean contact with French management from Paris in Singapore
- Manage 5S leans projects to achieve productivity and achieve process yield
- Preferred experience in handling AFNOR audit and European Standard audits, ISO9001 and AS/EN9120
QUALITY:
- Manage the quality department in Singapore
- Promote Quality to all organization in Singapore
- Implementation and follow up of quality procedure
- Participate in meetings to set up new flows, new contracts.
- Manage all internal and external audit and relationship with customers quality departments
- Write and follow up audit report and actions plan
- Handle the Quality surveys
SKILLS:
- Integrity and exemplarity.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Result oriented mind.
- Good data analytical experiences.
- Well-versed in excel and Microsoft word, PowerPoint.
