- We are looking for an Inhouse Recruiter
- The role will start out as a contract
- Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
The Talent
- Min. 2 years of recruitment experience (preferably handling hiring for Engineering roles)
- Bachelor’s or diploma with some experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure
- Project management skills will be a plus
Job Description
- Understand the headcount needs of the department and collaborate with hiring managers to determine the hiring requirements.
- Provide consultation and counseling to hiring managers on the recruitment process.
- Post advertisements and review applications to identify potential candidates.
- Source and contact passive candidates to expand the talent pool.
- Screen, assess, and present candidates to hiring managers, ensuring that applicants have a clear understanding of the job details.
- Collaborate with the service center to arrange interviews and ensure a flawless candidate experience.
- Plan and conduct weekend mass interviews to efficiently evaluate multiple candidates.
- Work on salary offer proposals and negotiate offers to successfully secure top talent.
- Follow up on onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the recruiting system.
