Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources, third parties/vendors and clients for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, with good quality control and within scope and budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope & objectives and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all parties.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific project requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice.
Job Requirements
- Workplace at Seatrium Tuas Boulevard Yard (South Tuas)
- Proven working experience in project management managed multi-disciplinary design projects involving at least 20 participants.
- Engineer in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Must have at least 10 years of working experience in the Oil & Gas, Marine industry and Shipyards.
- MS Office Word and Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
