Commercial Component Sales Manager - ASEAN

What you’ll achieve

In this role as ASEAN Partner Manager on our Commercial Component partner management organization you will serve as the key member to onboard new partners and manage current partner business for our world-class Server CPU range (EPYC and Ryzen Servers). This role will focus on “Sell In” to our key Distributors in the region as well as plan and manage “Sell Thru” of inventory to our partner community across the region. This position requires a solid understanding of “System Builder” / System Integrator channels, the ability to develop meaningful relationship across multiple functions, and a keen attention to detail. You will be responsible for identifying and developing programs designed to produce marketing and sales opportunities that satisfy partner, customer and company needs. Must be comfortable working in a self-directed, matrixed environment and independently execute marketing and sales deliverables.


You will:

· Serve as partner management “expert” for AMD Server CPU range across partner ASEAN, working in close collaboration with Business Unit Team for pricing coordination.

· Develop and grow strong relationships with key stakeholders across marketing, sales, and partner management teams to help further the partner relationships and joint marketing opportunities.

· Define, share and develop AMD and partner priorities and opportunities.

· Identify internal and external engagement cadence for segments and partners.

· Own and meet quarterly and yearly metrics and goals; includes working closely with operational teams on tracking pricing and sales execution.

· Build plans and ensure execution of programs in cooperation with segment marketing needs.

· Ensure alignment between company and partners, including consistency and governance for regional partner programs and KPI standards.

· Work with and support the broader ApeJ Alliances and Partner Management team to ensure financial and priority alignment


Essential Requirements

· Understanding of System Builder / SI channel for component sales

. Cross-functional engagement and adaptability.

· Broad understanding of marketing and sales activities and tactics.

· Expert in presentation and customer service skills.

· Knowledge of AMD product offering and partner segment.

· Experience in sales and marketing, in a similar function

· Highly motivated individual capable of managing multiple stakeholders.

Desirable Requirements

· 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree

· Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
