Job Responsibilites
1. Develop project schedule and project plan that includes timeline, budgets and resources.
2. Attend technical discussion with clients and consultants when required.
3. Provide technical support and co-ordinate with clients and consultants on the technical requirement.
4. Coordinate with various department includes sales, design, production and purchase department to ensure project goals are met.
5. Work with Quality department to ensure project adheres to quality standards and regulations.
6. Maintain accurate project documentations, including progress report, project schedule, technical agreement and project planning.
7. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, include client, supplier, vendor and internal departments.
8. Identify and resolve issues and problem that arise during the project.
9. Maximize project efficiency and profitability of project.
10. Carry out other responsibilities as and when assigned by the superiors.
11. Follow the procedures of design control, documentation and data control, and quality system of the total Quality Management System
Requirements
1. At least 2 years' working experience in project management (prefer in project manufacturing involves electrical engineering)
2. At least Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Project Management
