Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for Full Set accounting. (AP, AR & GL)
- Perform receipt and bank posting in the system accurately and promptly on all payment modes.
- Actively monitor AR aging and follow up with customers to reduce AR days.
- Verify accuracy of vendor invoices, staff claims and petty cash reimbursements.
- Perform SOA reconciliation and liaise with suppliers for payment matters
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Housekeeping and filing of finance documents
- Perform month-end closing for the financial report within the timeline and relevant audit schedules.
- Monthly payroll calculation and CPF submission
- Perform any other ac-doc duties as requested or assigned.
- General Admin Works
