Our client is a leader in the Retail MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Retail Supervisor to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manager and oversee the store’s daily operations.
- Achieve personal sales goals while inspiring the team to reach overall store targets.
- Evaluate, train, and mentor staff in line with policies to meet business strategies and sales objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to attract new customers and cultivate long-terms customer relationships.
- Introduce and promote the brand with extensive product knowledge.
- Uphold exceptional store presentation standards and ensure efficient stock management.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience in retail sales
- Proven work experience in management level
- Good Customer Service
- Good Communication Skills
- Confident and outgoing
