Job Description
As a Marketing Intern at IHRP, you will have a unique opportunity to engage in a wide array of marketing initiatives designed to enhance our brand's visibility and engagement within the HR community. From designing informative and appealing graphics to crafting engaging TikTok content and assisting with the coordination of both physical and virtual events, your role will be crucial in amplifying our message and connecting with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Canva to design compelling marketing materials, including social media graphics, promotional flyers, and digital ads, ensuring alignment with IHRP's brand standards and messaging.
- Develop innovative and engaging content for TikTok and other social media platforms, including concept creation, filming, editing, and narrative development, to resonate with our audience.
- Support the execution of physical events and webinars, handling tasks such as venue selection, participant management, and providing on-site assistance.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team on the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and engagement within the HR community.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to inform content strategies and campaign optimizations.
- Assist in managing our social media presence, including scheduling content, engaging with followers, and contributing to community building.
- Help the marketing team with administrative tasks and other related duties as necessary.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in graphic design, particularly with Canva.
- Experience in creating content for TikTok and familiarity with social media content creation and management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a flair for design and storytelling, capable of producing content that engages and informs.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
