Overview:
The Administrative Officer is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and overseeing office procedures. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and arrange logistics, such as catering, transport, venue bookings etc.
- Collation and submission of financial documents to process payments.
- Review & Process applications accurately.
- Assists to manage and organize schedules, appointments and meetings.
- Provide operational support such as facilitate workshops (in-person / virtual) and support examinations and courses during office and non-office hours* by performing ushering/ invigilation.
- Handle general enquiries and perform other adhoc duties.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and virtual meeting platforms.
- Possess 1 year of working experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Meticulous
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Problem solver with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Specifications:
- Location: Instituition located in the West
- Working hours: 42 hours weekly, office hours.
- Immediate vacancies
* Expected to clock around 20 weekends per year, occassionally after office hours to be expected. Will be compensated by off-in-lieu.
